At Petoi, we stand behind the quality of our programmable robotics and aim to ensure every builder is satisfied with their purchase. If your hardware is defective or doesn't meet your expectations, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Hardware

  Securely pack the robot, components, and original documentation in the initial packaging to ensure the electronics are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Petoi

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our engineers verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
